IMPORTANT!

Please make sure your name and full address is correct on your paypal info because your package will be shipped to the address & name that is on your information.


I DON´T HAVE ANY PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD! HOW CAN I BUY ? 
No Problem!
Send us an e-mail saying you don´t have paypal also tell us which items you want, size & color. We´ll reply back with all details, availability of the items and total €, plus our bank info so you can pay your items
by a simple bank transfer.

SHIPPING ?
Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. 

We ship items as soon as possible.Please add 2-3 business days to allow processing time. 

You will receive an email confirming your order after you have placed it. 

If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it.

This is important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email , you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification & tracking number. 

An e-mail will be sent to you with your tracking number when it´s shipped.
No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

International Shipments after sent can sometimes take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks (working days).


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ?

We do ship internationally.

RETURNS ?
All returns must be made within 14 days after you received the package. Just inform us by mail and we'll send you our return address.
We will not accept returns/exchanges on clothing that has been washed or worn.
The item needs to be in a resell-able condition.
We cannot accept any return/exchange received after 60 days of your orders original delivery date.
Anything returned to us not following these guidelines will be returned to you immediately.
If the item you ordered does not fit or you are not satisfied with the size you ordered and you would like to exchange it for a different size or another item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back us and you will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship your item.


LOST / STOLEN ITEMS ?

Frightmare cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.
